Drago
"In December 2017, Drago, our three-year-old German Shepherd, was diagnosed with an FCE, Fibro-Cartilaginous Emboli. With FCE a small amount of intervertebral disk material from between the bones of the spine (vertebrae) detaches spontaneously and lodges in a nearby blood vessel. This blocks the blood supply to a section of spinal cord and the associated nerves. The resulting inflammation and nerve damage leads to weakness, in coordination or, often sudden paralysis. Drago’s hind legs were acutely paralyzed and he was dragging both of his hind legs. Drago’s bladder, colon and small intestine were also severely affected. With the help of Kinetics and Dr Richardson, Drago was able to walk again and regain use of his urinary and bowel functions for another year. We are so grateful for the love, time and patience Dr Richardson and Ashley gave to Drago. Although we only got another year with our sweet Drago, seeing our boy chase a ball again was one of the happiest days of our lives. We could say “thank you” a million times and it would never be enough to express our heartfelt gratitude."
Drifter
"Drifter broke his hip 6 years ago, causing all sorts of damage. Over the years of rehab he gotten riding sound but still gets his hip issues and needed lots of extra TLC. Dr. Kris has done amazing with him, listening to his needs. I love this photo of the two of them talking about the needles currently in his hips that he very much wanted out. I'm so happy with the progress drifter has had since Dr. Kris has been adjusting him."
Driver
"Dr. Richardson keeps my hiking buddy healthy enough to enjoy life."
Shelby
"I wouldn’t take my dogs to anyone else. Dr. K is caring, compassionate and amazing!!!"
Norman
"Dr Kristyn literally saved our Norman's life. CSU told us he would have to be put down because of his back issue that left him paralyzed in the hind end. Dr Kristyn gave us hope and within a very short time had him back up and going. Today he runs and plays and you could never tell that he was once paralyzed. Thank you for all you have done for Norman"
Bear
"Dr. Kris is amazing! She helps to keep Bear her crazy self at 10.5 years old!"
Jackie Love
"She was screaming in pain before getting in her care. Now we have the proper pain relief dialed in, and an exercise plan to keep her as strong as possible. Jackie is feeling good enough to go on walks and play with her toys now...all thanks to Dr. Kristyn."
Aspen
"I love to do things with my "kiddos". . . whether it is agility, conformation, swimming or long walks. Dr. Kris makes sure everyone is in tip top shape for any activity we do.
Dr. Kris is the most knowledgeable, experienced and loving person you could ask for. She has a connection with my dogs that I have never seen before. Dr. Kris has helped me through several major surgeries, rehabbing the "kiddos" back to the level they were prior to the injury. She has been here to welcome a new addition to the family and to help me understand when it is time to say farewell. I don't know what we would do without her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

Tony
"My 15 year old Paint gelding, Tony, and I first met Dr. Kristyn Richardson in April 2019 when she was treating another horse in our barn.
I had been having many problems diagnosing exactly what the problem was with Tony after a fall he took in February 2019. He had been seen several times by 2 different vets, including x-rays for possible kissing spine (fortunately, that was not the issue). What I did know after a couple months of vet, chiropractor, myofascial massage, laser and shockwave treatments is that his ribs, withers, SI and poll were all out of whack and that none of the treatments had helped enough to make him rideable. What I didn’t know was how to proceed. I was looking for an acupuncturist for him when I met Dr. K and we had our first appointment on May 2.
Having now had several visits with Dr. K, I really can’t say enough good things about her. The things I really appreciate the most are:
1. She truly listens to what both horse and owner are telling her. She’s very gentle and tuned into horse body language and takes time to explain things to owners.
2. Difficult and complicated cases do not scare her; rather, she seems to enjoy the challenge. She’s willing to brainstorm with owners to try to figure out puzzling problems.
What ultimately helped Tony become rideable again (along with the chiro and acupuncture which I firmly believe in) was Pentosan injections, which Dr. K suggested when regular chiro was not enough.
We will be seeing Dr. Kristyn for regular adjustments from now on."

Echo
"In 40 years of training, trialing, and working dogs I continually look to improve the care of my animals. The training I have done the last 15 years requires a great physical demand on my 4 legged athletes. Not only does Dr. Kris treat the strain on their bodies, but she is a valuable resource for maintaining their health. She is proactive in their treatments and continually educates me on how to keep them in the best shape now and as they retire from the sport. I am completely impressed with her knowledge, experience, and wholistic approach to vet care. I consider myself fortunate to have found such a great care giver for my fur babies!"
